Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your REVYVE™ Alpha Sculpt Tee. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, as long as it meets the conditions below.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, in the same condition you received them.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, deodorant, perfume, makeup, pet hair or odours cannot be accepted.
  • Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

How to start a return

Email revyveshop@protonmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Unless your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Wrong size?

If the fit isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the same unworn condition rules.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-returnable

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery.
  • Worn, washed or altered items, or items without original tags and packaging.
  • Package Protection and other non-physical add-ons.
